Pre-scratch Jack was able to pull off that Red Miles attack, and it seemed to originate from his ring. That may just be an innate ability that the rings always grant to ensure that the royals are always a threat regardless of what's prototyped. Unless either that harlequin doll, the princess doll, Jaspers or that crow secretly had the ability to create planet-wrecking red energy tendrils.

I think RED MILES is Jack's personal special attack, and it just originates from whatever he's getting his power from. I guess DD could have some special attack too.

 Presumably the Red Miles is a power for the royalty that they don't use because it's against the rules. The Archagents are exceptions.

Uh I read a theory somewhere that the red miles might be connected to his roles as the cancer due to their resemblance to blood vessels as late stage cancers will increase the growth of blood vessels to increase its own oxygen flow
