I got it and finished it!

Yay! It is kind of repetitive for my puzzle gaming tastes though...

Still fun getting through it and getting some more story

Alright this is starting to piss me off and I need help now:

I got three skulls and entered two of them into the face indentations, but hte third doesn't fit! I thought the scarab cake thing was a nice little intuitive puzzle, but now I'm stumped.

There's two obelisks by the original hole that I can shine light into, but no matter what way I rotate the lantern, nothing is working and Jane refuses to interact with it, and I just don't know what to do from here. I have a feeling that I'm missing something really obvious but I can't quite place it and now I'm just being pissed off trying every combination of colored light fruitlessly over and over....

Gotta have the prince of heart's lantern (orange) facing northwest, then go into the waterfall cave. Activating the obelisk there will inflate a hot air balloon, releasing the final skull. The tablets in the waterfall cave have the solution to this final riddle on them

Here's some hints: Let the bunny do most of the work, click on everything, UU's talk-bubble is broken so just click on the link in the sidebar, be prepared to backtrack, the lights don't match up like you might think they will, and you can't "lose".

I have great feels about this flash.  I noticed it go live within like one minute so I downloaded it no problem.  And I'm one of like a dozen people in the 4chan thread how noticed how incredibly similar it is to that old Adventures of Mata Nui flash game.

I'd have never have figured that out. The light is pointing away from the cave, how did it get inside? Oh well, just Hussie trolling me I guess.

I hardly ever go near /co/. I suppose I should check out the homestuck general thread there some time, though, and take a break from /mlp/.

I appreciate the help btw. Though I don't remember the tablets saying anything about the lights working like that, and I read every single one.

And I can't even doublecheck cause I can't get the game to load again! Damnit.

Am I the only one that found that kind of tedious and unfulfilling? The was only one really clever puzzle and even the pesterlogs left something to be desired. The backstory through the tablets was pretty interesting, though, so maybe I'm just being overly negative.

I for one thought it was great, but the implications in the tablets are extremely disturbing. This style of actual adventure style gameplay is actually really fun to me, and with a lore as, if not "unique" then at least uniquely put-together as Homestuck's it makes for a great read-through and puzzle game.
