I'm willing to bet Tavros's blood tastes like spicy brown mustard.

Actually, since taste is closely linked to smell, Terezi could answer all of those questions.

So yes, Karkat's blood does taste like candy. *grabs knife*

I don't think it works quite like that. Words on a screen have no taste or smell, and Terezi can assign these properties to them. I chalk that up to weird dragon shit.

We have a few ma and pa candy places around here that sell "Coal Candy." It's usually either gum or black rock candy, which is awesome.

She does assign the properties to them, as demonstrated here.

From a machine that he's probably never looked inside.
Turns out he has looked inside it.

Wow this feels weird; it's the first time I've ever double-posted on purpose. It's just that editing my last post didn't feel right for this. Not sure why.

Don't worry about it, just head your post with a fully-capsed UPDATE and you're good.

Seems Dave has picked up a habit of talking to himself after talking to himself.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Oh hey, the Alpha session is going to be totally void... Except for the fact that Jade is bringing in a replacement battlefield!

Quiet you. I only recently got a chance to read the latest update... I was under the assumption there would be two battlefields or something. Well there still will be two battlefields, except that one of them will be like a tiny chess board.

I cannot wait to see the confrontation with the Black King. I fully expect him to be 6 inches tall.

That would be fabulous.

On another note, Rose seems to be writing in/know how to read weird consort language.
