I don't really think alcoholism is an appropriate interest for a fifteen year old.

That was the most entertaining pesterlog I have read in quite some time.

Jane's reaction to the arm-swingy-dealy was the best. The very best.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Well she almost is 16.

And then I remember that America has different laws on alcohol consummation.

YES. OH GOD YES. SCRATCH!MOM IS BESTEST CHARACTER 4EVSIES.

Seriously, she's like Dave, but female, drunk, and not traumatised by excessive irony, smuppet arse and dead time clones.

I've mostly been thinking about UU's identity. Apparently it's a female according to the wiki. I'm not convinced, seeing as how the literal meaning of "Uranian" means a man who behaves like a woman. I'm going to call it a "he" from now on for simple convenience.

I'm sure it isn't a new troll. Why? Recall Scratch saying that there were 24 troll heroes total, no more no less. Which means UU is one of the ancestors or maybe one of the other trolls (possible because UU knows a lot about future events, so much that a few Prospit clouds won't do). It's true that anything Scratch said can't be trusted at this point, but he still doesn't outright lie.

It's confirmed UU is one of the players, as he said he's about to play SBURB/SGRUB (or was, you know, time shenanigans). Unless he's lying, but I don't see why. He's also been awake on troll Prospit for most of his life.

There's also only 2 kid sessions and 2 troll sessions, meaning this post-scratch alternate universe is the ancestors' session.

My conclUsion? UU is the Sufferer. There's many things pointing towards it: his ancestor name is the Signless, as Ophiuchus doesn't appear to exist in the "violent" troll universe. He bears no sign. And this: "All of the troll's trollian handles are made of letters that represent chemicals in DNA (T, C, A, G). U is a letter used to represent chemicals in RNA, a DNA variant." pointing to the Sufferer's mutant blood. UU also uses gray text, and speaks in a somewhat similar style as Karkat except of course being nice and supportive, a Sufferer trait; he's troll Jesus.

So yeah. Those are my thoUghts :U
(sorry for the long post)

I know I'm late for this train, but Doc Scratch was Cal's ecto-son, right?
And LE looks like Cal. And Cal is a multiuniversl constant. So I don't think LE pops out of guardians, but people Cal is part of.

Like Davesprite. But yeah.

I'm honestly shocked that he went for it.  And, y'know, how well people called it.

Spoiler: Kids and Fun (click to show/hide)

That she can't type for shit was hint enough, but no, she actually identifies herself as tipsy, what the fuck.  And then it takes a hard right turn into shit girl, calm down, it's just boys.  And Rose is stockpiling booze she knows her kid is going to drink?  This is all wrong.  Oh and she's a half-assed delightfully cynical "hacker" too.  My what a field day the imageboards are going to have with this.

No wonder Rose is so fucked up, she was raised by the woman this person turns into.

Goddamn do these font colors hurt my eyes to read.

I think Mom Lalonde may be my favorite character now. It was a pretty close tie between a lot of them before, but... she's just too awesome.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.
