 The repetition of the code used to create him and the similarity of form to Doc Scratch suggests more is at work here than merely gazing upon the form this being always takes. I have a theory with this evidence, that LE is summoned/created from the First Guardian of a session, using whatever codes that were utilized in his creation.

 This has some horrific implications for the kids.

Nah, it wasn't a green sun powerup. LE was a parasite, and Doc Scratch was his host; LE pretty much hulked himself out of Scratch. This has been pretty well foreshadowed.
Well, Doc Scratch did say many times that he is an excellent host...
