I know a fan adventure you guys can read, but Duke and Aqizzar were disgusted with it so I'm not going to.

MSPAchan?

I actually like some of the stuff on MSPAchan, they have some good writers. It's just... Some aren't... Well it's a chan. Doesn't mean it's not thought-provoking and deep.

Which is kind of odd someone would pour that much plot into pr0nz.

If you're talking about the one I think you're talking about, it's also blatant pornography.  Not happen'in.

Yeah, but I am getting kind of tired of all the commands being so involved in things that were previously funny, and so on.

It feels a bit like the usual fangirl wankery, with everyone getting in unhappy situations endlessly so that they can comfort each other... well-done, certainly, but still wank.

Hey, I just enjoyed it for being a tight "suspense" plot with a lot of twists driven by strong characterization.  Good dialogue is hard to write no matter the story.  Although every "new" character seemed a lot less thought-through than the one before them.

No, there have been many parts that I found genuinely suspenseful.

I think I'm mostly bothered by the fact that the reward for this suspense is seeing guys make out or cross-dressing.  The characterization is good and I love a lot of the references and things, but at this point I feel like

a. I would enjoy it more if the mirror were functional, so I could avoid the fans

b. Watching some girls make out could be a fun diversion

c. Seeing commands like this

Quote
Karkat: Don't give a shit about what Eridan wants, thinks,or will do to stop you THAT BUCKET WILL BE FILLED
Aradia: Psychic Pail Block

greeted with such enthusiasm kinda bugs me.  It feels like everything is going towards a racy direction, rather than a simply silly direction.

Or maybe I shouldn't be so bothered by folks derailing Karkat into a rapist... ?

This is the point where I point towards the highly appropriate thread title.

It all comes with the territory.

I'd be considerably more bothered if the author were actually entertaining such suggestions, instead of getting mad at people tossing stuff out for the Hell of it and telling them to take it somewhere else.  I didn't even read anything other than the actual story posts, because of all the nonsense.

Anyway.  I bet something big is coming tomorrow.  Since discovering the likelihood of the eight-player reset possibility, I've been expecting the eighth day of the month to be the Drop Date.  Mostly, I'm just curious what Hussie could have been working on for now at least a week.

Hussie doesn't even work on the large flashes for this long. What the hell is he doing?

I'm starting to fear what he could possibly be making at this point.

Hussie is sitting down in his tear laden irony chair, making us a scrapbook from the future.

His next flash is supposedly in the 10 minute range.

Well, went and updated myself.

Now I really want an updoot.  Because Huss is amazing and makes me feel warm and fuzzy.  Like an aardvark covered in lips.

It's been five days. Same delay between when he got back and posted the clippings update. The next update will probably be another set of clippings.
