They just need to find a way to make it so the pupils aren't dispersed around such a far area within the eye. That's basically the eye-whites, after all. It would probably be even weirder if they weren't yellow.

 That just makes it weirder. It doesn't help that they don't have noses, and not in the decent way the sprites do.

It'd be way less creepy if the extra pupils were connected to the center one, instead of being separate. Also, even Terezi looks creepy in the last one.

I can't get over those protruding cheeks on Terezi's face in the second panel, and on Vriska in the third. I understand that they could look right under the right conditions, but here they just look kinda... I dunno, it just ain't right.
