It would probably count as one since it's one organism being prototyped. You know how the imps got traits from prototypings? A conjoined appearance would count as a single trait.

That's only old people. IIRC, by now, most people would still be calling it Multiple Personality Disorder. No clue why they had to change it from that. :-\
