I wouldn't put much faith in Terezi's ability to anticipate anything correctly. Considering that her mind's eye is just as blind as her normal eyes.

I was waiting for an opportunity to make that joke.

Just beware of her mind's tongue. She can see your dreams. She can taste them. They taste like a Three Musketeers bar.

Finished doing Acanthus's avatar. Stratification is more work then I thought it would be!

Yeah, gambling would be pretty boring for the quasi-omniscient.
Also, I spotted a terrier.

Doc, if you are gonna milk the scenery this much then it isn't going to be much shorter than if we just played the scratched CD.

No, because as it would seem, luck is a thing that those with the proper abilities can interact with, so Vriska just just manipulates it into her favor, while Terezi knows for a ?fact? that it doesn't exist.

No, Vriska can steal luck, remember? Things up to random chance turn out in her favor because of that.

while Terezi knows for a ?fact? that it doesn't exist.

No, she knows that it exists, but, apparently, it doesn't matter.

But the negative outcome for Vriska showed up. ???

Not really. Well, the wording implies that Vriska's powers work based on what she wants. The coin landed scratch side up, which means she "goes", which Scratch said is the result she wants. She probably thinks "go" means go and fight Jack, which is what she wants to do. "Go" probably means something else, like Terezi killing her. But the point is, the result of the flip was up to random chance, and Vriska's power caused it to turn out like she wanted.

Actually, luck has nothing to do with what you want. If you want something, but it will have bad consequences, then it still is unlucky.

Maybe that's what makes sense normally, but in this case it seems that the "lucky" outcome is whatever Vriska wants it to be.

Whether this is actually the outcome she'd want if she knew the consequences in advance remains to be seen.
