It's mostly fuel for jokes.

Sylladex shenanigans taper off pretty quickly.

Good God, Dave's Modus thingymabob is confusing as hell, especially when you compare it to Rose's or to John's.

The first few are all computer science data structures.

I happen to think that it's pretty cool.

Don't worry, you won't see much of it after he enters the game.

Wait 'till you see the stylladex Johns dad has.

I think I didn't catch that due to almost-being-asleep shenanigans.  Could someone remind me about it in a spoiler?

I want to point him to the nearly dozen music albums they have, but I can't remember if any are spoilery. The most recent one perhaps, but that was only a revelation because we have been thinking about it for so long.

Also imagedump full of the most recent stuffs, so bleug.

Holy crap, this shit just got real, what with the thrones and the kernels and the light and the dark and stuff.

So this about some amazing interdimensional battle over this Skaia place between good and evil?

It's a large part of the plot you need to know to understand the stuff that will go down later, yeah.

There are so many pictures that it distorts the music I'm listening to when I refresh the page.

Quote from: Peregrine Mendicant
"The mail is the one final hope for resurrecting a dead planet from its ashes, and the letter carriers are the brave soldiers of God in this righteous crusade. They are the defenders of the light of knowledge, free communication, and the exchange of ideas. They are the bold toters of all those little papery conduits of freedom, the white postmarked angels that whisper a message on their deliverance, a promise to the yearning: "There is hope yet."

Liberty. Reason. Justice. Civility. Edification. Perfection.

MAIL."

When I read this, I shed myself a manly tear or two.

That is absolutely terrifying.  And yet, I find myself wondering why I don't see more stuff in this style anywhere on the Internet.  It's a fantastically ironic style to draw stuff in, and it doesn't even have a specific name.

Crabdad's advice has inspired me to write fanfic.  This will be as easy as it is glorious.
