I think I know who that's supposed to be. The ectobiological offspring of Jade and Karkat named Kade. I don't think the piece of fanart is from any particular fic (not any fic I can remember; I might not have read it), but the fic where Kade comes from, in my estimation, isn't really worth your time. Just imagine Karkat parenting shenanigans and that's basically it.

You can find most of the stuff here if you're still interested for some reason.

I might have the fic wrong, but there are a lot of fics where the kids and trolls raise infants and they're all about equally worth your time.

... Are there any good Homestuck fanfics folks have to recommend?  I mean actually good and totally awesome, by the way, not just pretty neat.  I'm okay with any characters, subject matter, and pairings, but you of course know some of my favorites <3

I'm checking the list from TVtropes, but I think I trust you guys' judgment a bit better >_>;;
