I see what you mean but anime is a style of animation, cartoons are a different style. Powerpuff girls is a cartoon. Though there is a power puff girl anime.

Deviled has it pretty spot on. There are stylistic differences abound. Calling power puff girls an anime is like calling my little pony (Or what little I've found the time to love) an anime. It just isn't.

I've honestly just stopped reading the Formspring.  I've read enough of them to know what kind of pseudo-intellectual crap he's going to string together, and those are the posts that I enjoyed.

Not only did I know exactly what episode it was, I can still see most of it.  I remember their idea of playing "videogames" was Pitfall on what was obviously a Nintendo64.

Nobody tell any of these guys that there really is a Powerpuff Girls Anime.
