It's a lot more polite to say "I will only link ones people give permission to be linked to" than "I will link them all unless told otherwise." What if someone who wrote something misses your post? Assuming people want their stuff to be shown around is a bit too bold.

Also, oh my god, sorry for being the asshole who rains on everyone's parade but seriously this is supposed to be a discussion thread about the comic, not a fanfiction workshop. If you want to dedicate a whole thread to MSPA fanfics, go make one in Creative Projects.

I figured it might be fun, then I decided I may as well be the guy keeping track of everyone's fics and suddenly I'm PMing moderators and there's srs bsns about creating a new thread and all sorts of drama. Sorry for cluttering up the discussion thread with fanfiction drama, I guess?

At any rate, I'll only repost those fics which I have explicit permission for, and just not post the rest in the Vast Ficdump. That makes three people other than me so far (if I'm interpreting Argembarger correctly).

Jim Groovester, Deviled, CJ1145, and eerr all have yet to weigh in on this. As well as all the people who haven't finished, of course.

Sure thing. I'll wait for him to say something first, though. He asked for it almost 7 hours ago; he's probably offline or something.

I'm going to keep a link to the post below (because I just accidentally posted instead of previewed while testing stuff out) in my sig. It will be a little compilation of who has/hasn't consented and if they said yes or no. There's a total of 16 people, some of whom I gave prompts to who probably didn't even ask for one. Those people can feel free to tell me that they simply aren't going to post anything, and if anybody says whether or not they want their stuff posted on the forum, I'll simply update the list. A list that I created on my own time without anybody asking me to. Why yes, I am a little bit OCD.

And I guess you guys can trade if he doesn't want it. I don't think that that would be against the rules WAIT WHAT SPECIFIC RULES AM I TALKING ABOUT HERE

If one were to read when this whole mess began, they would see that it was pretty light-hearted and not too serious. But then, OH GOD I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW MANY USERS WOULD PARTICIPATE IN THIS THING AND HOW MANY DIDN'T INTEND TO HALF-ASS IT happened.

I feel like the guy who sells the tickets at the movies, except more important than "a ticket guy at the movies" implicates. At least I didn't wind up being in charge of PMing Lexxy, though.
