Gamzee is not only crazy, but also confirmed to be incredibly powerful. Not that it wasn't already pretty much a narrative certainty. Why would he go crazy if he couldn't pose a significant threat to the remaining trolls, who happen to be all the powerful ones? Anyway, this memo is both funny and creepy. Especially Gamzee's response. Interesting how he seems to be the only troll who actually finds the important nuggets of information in the sea of memos. He stumbled upon Terezi's memo about the plan to troll the kids, too.

And Karkat is going to try resurrecting everyone, just in case. Probably to hammer even deeper into the minds of the readers that resurrecting all these dead trolls won't be a trivial matter of kissing them better. Or maybe someone DOES have a secret hidden dream self?!?!?

I swear, if you cut a hair out of Nepeta's head...

If you look up Expendable Character in the dictionary you would see a picture of Nepeta batting around a ball of yarn while looking as adorable as possible.

But having said that I bet you wouldn't feel that confident guessing what her fate will be, would you? Probably not.

If I have not portrayed myself as perfectly capable of making Nepeta the sole survivor of this comic, then I probably fucked up somewhere along the way.

Karkat knew from the beginning that his warband had exactly like or maybe two competent members besides himself, and the rest were useless layabouts and murderous psychopaths, some of them both at once.  And yet he's still surprised that being surrounded by violent basketcases might pose a threat to his life.

Actually, I can sympathize.  He's not really freaked out that he's going to die.  He knew that for quite a while.  He's just going nuts thinking about all the possible, stupefyingly horrendous ways he could meet his end.  I mean, being instantly blown away by green fire or the end of time is one thing.  A juggalo whacked out of his gourd is something else entirely.

And y'know, Eridan doesn't seem like that bad of a guy in the past.  A tool, but a manageable tool.  This was Karkat's real tragedy, that he alienated and fucked over his team so many ways that he can't get a handle on them when it counts.  Even if some of that alienation was only due to his hyperreaction to the events they eventually inspired.  Fucking paradoxes, always with the paradoxes.
