I think what could have happened is that she timed her god tier resurrection to happen exactly at the moment when the shockwave hit. It would be in character for the Maid of Time, using future knowledge to time her transformation so that the moment the green stuff blasts her and the planet around her, she gets brought back to life.

As for Tavros being alive... Well, between the pesterlog timestamps and the previous demonstrations of toughness these trolls have had, I guess it's possible. And there could be any kind of Skaian machinery down in that bottomless pit. Maybe he'll land on a Revifilizer.

It was awesome. It is the best cockiness. Of somebody coming back from the dead, realizing they are alive and that they will take down the demon threatening their friends.
