I thought the final sprite was a cat-cthulhu princess.

And that was awesome. That was the most awesome thing I have seen on the internet in a very long time. Just imagine what the End of Act 4 will be like...

E. P. I. C.

The Cthulhu princess had to be absorbed by Rose's kernelsprite to mirror John's sprite absorbing the one-armed harlequin. Of course, Jaspers mirrors nana's ashes. This has been known as the most likely formatting for Rose's kernelsprite for a long time.

Also, is Rose's sburb world going to be cat themed, eldritch horror themed, or catritch horror themed?

Naturally, nobody cares about John reaching the portal.

I care >_>

That's the portal to... where?  I think I've completely forgotten.

The second level of Skaia. He has to climb up and up through all the levels, up to the very top. It was explained a while ago now, so my memory of the exact details is sketchy.

wombo combo
since I finally watched that, I want a few minutes of my life refunded, and a few dozen brain cells. Does line up fairly well though.

Harleboss remains my favorite track thus far*.

Interesting point of note; Rose's Kernelsprite will have both prototypes done when she gets into the game world, so it will be interesting to see what changes that has on the enemies she faces.

Random trivia: the "harlequin" piece contains most of the dirge from Tchaikovsky's 6th symphony (i.e., all but the last note).

Is it just me, or are the kids starting to blend opposing elements?  I.e., Rose is moving from passive (water) to more overt aggression (fire) by virtue of her interactions with Dave.

I dunno about you, but Dave -did- put the Alchemiser in a completely inaccessible location. I would be kinda "STRIIIIDDDERRRRR" in that situation too, until he made the door.

So would I, but I feel like they're changing in a patterned sort of way--and the question is not "what would you or I do," but rather "what would Rose do?"

Considering she had less than 5 minutes to live, scream at Strider.

That. Was. Awesome! Amazing how the end of the act managed to resolve 4 cliffhangers, and yet still end with 4 more created. The comic is still kept in a state of perpetual cliff-hanging.
