Vriska was designed to be a good troll in the purest sense of the word. She gets people legitimately riled up. Both in the story, and even more importantly, outside it. There is no other troll, or really even any other aspect of Homestuck, which generates more debate. This was intentional, and continues to be.

We play right into his hands by hating Vriska. Son of a bitch.

Vriska is such a good troll she trolls through the fourth wall.

We....we have no escape. If we hate Vriska, Hussie wins because she trolled us. If we love Vriska, Hussie wins because he can continue to have her dance across the Moral Event Horizon and force us to justify liking her. That tricky bastard pulled a Xanatos on us.

 Except the exiles don't control people. They provide suggestions the player can or can not take. And it has already been established that Vriska is too much of a bitch for Sn0wman to care. And while Sn0wman could have suggested the plan to her it was ultimately only accepted because Vriska was a bitch who wanted to be the most important one.

I think that's referring to exiling Jack Noir in the trolls' session. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with Bec Noir at all.

Also, what Duke said. The exiles can issue commands but the kids/trolls aren't necessarily able to or willing to follow them. Vriska is especially headstrong, and has proved difficult for Snowman to guide.

Vriska is an idiot, and remarkably easy to manipulate. She's a powerful pawn, and only a pawn because of her own petty desires, but she's a pawn nonetheless.

Also, are you sure thats a denizen? I was under the impression that by that point the minions were just huge from the prototypings.

Remember that her role as queen is in many ways a chessmaster. And the 8-ball is really the only one that matters. And notice how she's green... she is somehow tied into the Green sun. And if she dies, its the end of the universe. And someone is in contact with someone in their universe that wants to die. And so on. I'm telling you man.
