Kinda makes sense, now that I think about it.  Vriska may have a thing for "tough" men.  She may or may not have been actual friends with Equius, but she did put up with him, and trusted him enough to let him build her arm and live next-door.  Equius has absolutely nothing that could be called charisma... But Cage (in Con Air form) is Equius as a nice guy.  Who knows.

All I'm waiting for now is John's next wardrobe change, when Vriska has him make a dirty wifebeater and scruff up his hair.  And then he'll meet up with Rose and Viceroy Casey again, and bam.
