However, I sent them an e-mail asking what details they want me to submit (since the are accepting proposals). And of course they are ignoring me completely.

Before I forget, would someone (or a few people) look over the enemy entries for me and give some opinions. Specifically I'd like to know if I did the alien races well.
Tell me if the enemy is interesting, and if my description is well written.
