The use of 'was' implies that your connection trouble is over.

The fact that you repeated twice again means that either you're messing with us, or you still are having trouble.

Can people PLEASE stop spamming my thread?
Wait, did the steam pipes get installed or not?

If not, they need to be installed. Nothing more dwarven than wasting so many resources for such a mundane task!

Plus, it guarentees that sneaky elves cannot access your tool drawers and any plans you store in them.
Is the only thing that comes decently close to a real sugestion, and that's only because it has a previus longer post to refer to!

Eh, I guess I wasn't clear but I intended mine to be his strange mood entry to create the steam-driven walking leg platform someone else wanted, which would arguably be an artifact-level construction. Really so far I've just tried to help facilitate other's ideas, but I can stop if you like. The rules aren't terribly clear despite your first post, and you're right in that the amount of useless spam (-cough-Phantom-cough-) is pretty high.

Allright, make legs. 8 of them. Attach them to a platform. Order a metal barrel, if you can't find one, and use that as a steam-holder, for mobile power.

Put a throne on the platform, and some levers to control the entire thing. You can recharge the steam-barrel using the steam-pipes through the fort.

While you're at it, include a steam gun. Mount a pipe on the platform. Load a stone in a pipe, connect pipe to the steam-barrel, and fire it with a trigger.

You are now steam-powered GCS cavalry. Yeah.

Should be a multi-barreled auto-loading super-cannon with backup high-pressure steam-blasts when ammunition runs out. It should be able to fire at least 5 rounds per second.
There should be an emergency mini-boiler in case of being stranded without steam pressure, but a river and forest for fuel and water.

NECRO THREAD MEDICAL SKILL GO!

Request/make a 2 metal barrels.

Fill one barrel with booze.

Make two pipes. Attach the pipes to make an L. Equip the pipes to barrels.

Make a hole in the barrel and attach a mini screw pump. The screw pump must be like an L and the screw on the long end. Attach the short end to the hole.

Shape a small piece of lignite in the shape of an L. Set the short part on fire and attach the long end to the pipes long end.

Go to the a cat and tie it and go outside.

Put booze in barrel.

Turn screw and watch the booze fly.

Just as you planed, it forms a beutifull fountain of indecadent light! This gives both you and the barrones happy thoughs, and evrything that happened up untill now is forgoten!

In fact, it is even bigger and brighter than you had planed, and the cotrast with the black lignite wasll behind is beutifull!

On an unrelated note, idn't it geting warm in here? And you could have sworn you clothes were red a few moments ago, but now they are black...
The baroness exuses herself, it is rather warm in here and she is geting thirsty, so she heads of to the boze stockpile to get a drink.

You puke, repeatedly, and then slip in the vomit, rolling down the hill and into a murky pool.
There is a Sound of an distant explosion somewhere from below.
