Well, the 'table' should make it obvious what I'm getting at.

You mean chair. Tables don't look anything like the mathematical symbol to which you are referring.

Christ, it really has been a while since I've played.  I've devolved into a blithering idiot.

I'm sitting on tables and eating off cabinets and shit, man!

Uppercase chair is also dark fortress.

Camel stockpile chair dog.
Weapon rack evaporating depth of water almost full depth of water stockpile you must now swim depth of water.

We need shortcuts for water depths.
1: evaporating depth (ed)
2: knee-deep (kd)
3: you can still walk (wd)
4: you must now swim (sd)
5: I can't think of anything for this
6: almost full (af)
7: totally full (tf)

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.
Unfortunately dying involves the amputation of the entire body from the dwarf.

Elk stockpile mandrill cat chunk

...really?
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Smallest amount of water weapon coffin stockpile boulder ?

Sort of. Writing it that way isn't exactly true:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
More correctly it would be: giant lion fire imp hoary marmot, naked mole dog is thirsty turned a quarter turn ccw coffin, smallest amount of water weapon naked mole dog stockpile boulder.

And the nerdiness quotient for this thread is...

This might be the worlds best way to encrypt something. Only DF players can read it.
