There have been others.  There was a guy fucking around in Strife's RP game that threw down the BAN ME gauntlet, so Toady did just that.  Seems pretty rare though.

Another reason that this is the only forum I frequent. The other reason is functionality. Why do other forums not have a new reply button? Why is it only easy to navigate around this forum? WHY? I love it here.

That's pretty much it really.  Toady had already warned the guy about being a jackass in some other threads.  Then Strife made his RP game, the guy showed up to call everyone untalented hacks, we called him an ass, he said it was just his thing and we didn't like we should have him banned.  Juicy, huh?
