[PAINT] A dwarf has awakened (TURN 6)

You see a dwarf. His name is Urist Beardbridges. He has a rope reed shirt and rope reed pants. He is barefoot. He is barehanded. He is a mere peasant, unskilled.

It's a morning time. The temperature is moderate. The wind blows from the east. The river is flowing south (from mountains).

Rules:

The rules are simple. At first you create your account. For this you should tell a dwarfy joke or anecdote. Then you're set.
 Give orders to a poor dwarf.

I use dice to determine some things, so if you see "rolls" don't be amused.

•• Primary Needs ••
Each "turn" the hunger/thirst/tiredness (HU/TH/TI) counters increase by one.
15 = starvation/dehydration/unconscious; 20 of hunger/thirst = death
A dwarf sleeps at a rate of 5 tiredness/turn (so 15TI = 3 turns)

•• Influence Points ••
I use Influence Points (IP) system. Example of the way it works:
A dwarf has 4 "likes" slots and 2 "detests" slots. The number of personality traits is undetermined yet. You need 5 IP to set one slot or trait (you lose your IP).

• +2 IP for entry.
• For each creative idea you gain IP.
• For each bad result you lose IP.
• If a dwarf dies because of your action, you lose half of your IP.
• If you manage to save a dwarf from a certain death, you double your IP.

IP table:
[3 IP] name anything unnamed on the map
[5 IP] set one personality trait (friendly, psychopath etc.)/ taste slot (likes, dislikes)
[6 IP] set location name
...

Long-time horrible joker (-1 to social rolls, immune to taunts)

Areyar (3 IP):
My precious! (+1 to will/mood rolls while wearing jewelry; increased chance of a fey mood)

Von Krieger (2 IP):
Fell crafter (+1 to all rolls when crafting with organic material)

Rowanas (3 IP):
Dwarven logic (+1 to all rolls in any ridiculous situation)

mattie2009 (2 IP):
"My jokes utterly blow." (+1 to blowgun rolls when in a good mood)

Ah ha! Excellent! Now then... Urist needs to eat, and so needs to learn how to hunt... thus my first decleration to Urist:

  • Practice throwing rocks at the nearest animal that is not in the river!

Capture the turtle, make a crude stone knife of the nearby rocks, use it to gut and clean the turtle. Save the meat, make a turtle shell hat. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FALL IN THE RIVER WHILE DOING THIS.

TURN 2

Urist tries to throw a boulder in a rat, but the stone appears to be too heavy. He drops it on the ground and sits besides it, sweating.
The rat retreats in the woods.

Urist Beardbridges has picked up a heavy thing (+1 TI)
Urist Beardbridges learned that you shouldn't try to throw huge boulders (+1 to throwing)

Dodikurist. Sleepy hamlet of 25 dwarves, with cozy communal bunkhouses, a quaint kitchen, a military force of 3... And an awe-inspiring dining hall of the gods, overlooking a magma tower with bauxite vents aimed at a dugout entryway full of traps. Par for the course, really.

(This is, in theory, my entry joke. Yeah, s'horrible.)

Several of my friends are rotting where they fell during the last ambush, I can't remember the last time I had a decent drink. I tell you: this fortress is going to hell! Have you seen the messhall though? I feel all tingley inside, it is amazing!

TURN 3

Urist doesn't know how to make a knife out of stone. However he finds a sharp rock and tries to catch a turtle. The turtle... is appears to be dead. So he opens it and uses the shell as a cap. The meat is rotten and smells bad, so it can't be eaten.

Urist Beardbridges has made a crappy cap from turtle shell (+1 to crafting)
