I was a prepared too.  The tourny was going to be next Friday and I had a plan all set for practice...

Also, did I mention my school has no money?  IT DOESN'T.  The mayor literally went "Oops" when she forgot to fund our school.

... How freakin' expensive is chess? You can get it for free on the internet, and if push came to shove, you could draw the pieces on scraps of paper.

Still, I feel your pain, school-funding-wise. Or I did. They had to lay off half the teachers at my high school, it felt like, it was quite lame.

That's not it.  I highly doubt the reason school canceled it was because they couldn't afford it.  THEY CANCELED IT TO SHUT ME OUT.

My room's filled with a paraffine smog. I just tested a new firestarter. It worked good enough to extinguish trough oxigen loss, thus the paraffine smog...

Damn I have to do these tests outside...
