My problems are several fold.

• I have a boat
• My boat has dirt on it. All types of dirt.
• There is a hole in said boat
• The hole takes in water. This makes me slow. SUPER SLOW.
• I am lacking in the ability and materials to patch my boat. Namely fiberglass.

The streets are all still flooded. That makes me angry. Our drainage system is woefully sub-par.

Also as it turns out, the reason everything's flooded is because they opened the dam. Nice. Well, at least it saves repair costs.
