Healthcare is making me angry! aaargh!

Last night had another epileptic-like seizure and have been trying to phone my GP since I had some breakfast, first they were not available because of lunch for two hours, then I got a machine I was thrid in line but as I was phoning prepaid, decided to take the fixedline. Unfortunately because we have an integrated intercom, that computer menu caused me to phone the upstairs line instead of the appointment que. So i went down to get our second (shop) phoneline and now I just get the busy tone. no menu nothing, what happened to the que?
Dammit.
They get angry when I just pop over to their desk -which is a 10 minute walk- to make an appointment. Sorely tempted to do just that.
