If you have Vista probably not. Xp you MIGHT be able to run it at VERY low res and settings, and even then your fps would probably be total shit.

It seems to scale well. For some reason I have to turn off dynamic shadows, and then everything runs really really smooth. But since the game is cell shading style it doesnt matter THAT much when you crank settings and resolution down completely. I like the cartooney art design. (however I dont know how fast that x1300 is. And I'd probably buy 2x 1gig ram sticks, they cost about a booger and a half now)

About the adding of people... lemme see if I can do that.

I sent an invite to "grishdafish"... my gamespy ID is Puckz0r. with a zero.

I would greatly appreciate a way to turn off the outliner. I got a revolver with an accuracy of 98, which is more then the average sniper but i can't use it beyond 50 or so yards because i'm shooting at black globs.

Maybe they'll add this later on, maybe there's some setting dug deep into an ini file, but somewhat i seriously doubt it. This outline is teh whole fad about cellshading, innit  ;D So probably all you can do is crank up resolution and anisotropic filtering maybe?

Sometimes, the framerate of the game seems to drop badly. I think that can come from alt-tabbing. Anybody experienced this and knows how to counter it, apart from restarting the game?

2.0 GHz DualCore
X1300 Raedon Graphics Card

Because I really want this game and I want to see if I can get it soon.  I don't really care if I have to run it on lowest.

There is no mic tuning. There is only Zuul.

Seriously though, there's no way to turn it off, no way to adjust it, nothing, it really ticks me off. The only issue with the game that I have is that it was largely a port from the console versions.

How much memory does your graphics card have?  As long as you're not on Vista you should be fine.  I've got 1 GB RAM, 3.9something single-core, and 512mb graphics card and I can run it on (Almost) maximum settings.  Even on max, it's only a little choppy.

Does this NEED the internet to work? i.e. is there internet-based DRM?

Please say no.
