Just in case you haven't used it before, the "Notify" button on the top and bottom of the thread display will set up an automatic email to you whenever there's a new reply (there's some configurable options under Profile -> Notifications).

im still playing the old version but i just wanted to say thank you for this excellent program.  the only reason i bother with nicknames is because of the rapist and it really does make this game way more fun.
managing every individual dwarf is rather lame especially since they have job titles that make it sometimes hard to remember what you really are making them do.

in short
this program is awesome - thank you for making it and even working on updating it for the new release
ill get around to playing df2010 when its more stable.

Breakthrough! I have found the skills and am in the process of mapping out their new IDs. After thinking about it a bit, labor setting without skill display isn't as attractive as it sounds. Still targeting a release tonight.

This is utterly beautiful.

DUN DUN DUN!

Here it is gentlemen, your first working DT build for 0.31.01

It is still largely broken at the moment but is verified to work on windows 7 and vista. This build will not work with the 40dXX series, only 0.31.01.

The only things that really work are showing skill levels, and setting labors. Your old custom views won't work. But this is the bare minimum of a management tool. Custom labors appear to be working.

I will not be updating the version checker for this version, so this is a bonus for those of you who read this thread. Spread the word if it works for you, but mind the warnings.

Thank you so much guys for making this a really fun weekend for me. Your encouragement, and donations make all of this worth it for me :)

Enjoy

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.
