I once built a 5x5 enclosed room, with floors, walls, and ceiling, made from soap.  I think it was exclusively hoary marmot tallow soap.  Or rhesus macaque.  I haven't done it in a while.

In my current fort I'm gonna make a unicorn tallow soap house if I can.

Shame you can't make floodgates out of the stuff, really.
I think a good use of your soapy riches would be to floor over the floor in the noble apartments. If you jam all the nobles in to one room and then put all the soap down as floors you will be over half way to making all of the rooms in that big room royal!
Walls too?

This. Does the value of the walls contribute to the value of the room?
And, now that I think about it, the floor tiles that you build the walls on?

That would be as deadly to the wielder as to anyone else!  You'd sever your own arm at the first swing!  It's perfect!

Soap ramp for the traders!

Too bad it doesn't actually work. But what a lovely idea.

Christ, are you dwarves or are you elves? If you think Hell has too many demons, then you kill them till the population reaches an acceptable number.

A tub/bathroom make of soap with real running water.

It won't work at all, though.
