Trying to learn Russian.

If anyone could tutor me or give me links...that would be great.
i really want to learn it so i can speak it once i move to europe.

http://www.livemocha.com/ its a free language learning site. not sure if it teaches Russian. i tried learning Italian with it but i gave up because i wasn't really committed to the idea.

Just checked that out, Yep, Russian.

This looks cool might have to try learning latin.

Edit apparently it doesn't have latin, the homepage sign up thing lied heh.

Has Russian though.

of course its hard to write.

Nice site. I just signed up to learn Latin. Let's see how that goes.

Edit: Wow. You weren't kidding. There really is no Latin. Or many of the other signup languages as well.

theres alotta languages...but its werid how they orginizie it.

Theres a Top which is all the basic languages like English Spanish Italian...
then if you scroll down past the line, theres a bunch of secondaries.

The different alphabet isn't that bad, honestly, it's just a matter of getting used to it. As an added bonus, you'll be able to recognize a few greek letters if you learn cyrillic.

Thats only on the signup page, once you get in theres only a portion of those languages.

That's probably completely wrong.

( hmmm, I wonder if you need to write a "B" ( v for you non-cyrillians ) when writing "in" a post. you write it when indicating movement or place, but it's a post... :s )

Rosetta stone is a pretty good tool as well. Its extremely expensive though, and I would *cough* never *cough* recommend any illegal actions to acquire it  ::). I plead the fifth in my case

For me, it's both + German.
And I'll re learn Japanese every saturday from now on. (school's extra curricular)
