"So...," starts Frelock. "Seems I can't trust anyone but myself." He withdraws two pistols from a holster no one remembers him having and hands them to the Org and Leafsnail.

They both ready the guns and aim them at themselves. They count down until 1, at which point Leafsnail shoots! He dies instantly. Org, on the other hand, waits until 0, and then fires, killing himself.

Frelock searches through their things, finding Leafsnail to be a Lovestruck Voter!

Frelock finds a tattoo on Org's arm, stating that he is a Swing Voter! He also seems to have signed a pact as another tattoo.

Of course, it's not like Frelock cares. He's a Vote Counter. But now...

He takes a seat in the Mayor's old chair. He grabs the megaphone under the Mayor's desk and exclaims to the town:

"The crisis has been averted. We have elected our new Mayor!"

He spins in his chair away from the window. He opens his briefcase and pulls out a name bar, sliding it into the Mayor's old one.

"All hail Mayor Frelock..."
That's right! Town wins!
