yeah i beat the thing org is talking about. i beat him first try. granted i had a convienently placed strategy guide nearby. also, said strategy guide details how to beat the game in 14 days.

That is the boss with all those parts, correct?  I beat, it but it was annoying with how it kept on switching around what it did.
I also beat the first one with all the parts, but never got to see that giant water enemy and the egg thing that gave you 100 pikmin.

I also beat the boss of which Org speaks.  Took me quite some time.  Parts of my strategy were self-made, other parts came from gamefaqs.


I haven't heard much about Pikmin 3.  Have they said anything about the plot?

Since I never liked losing Pikmin (yeah, as though they weren't the single most expendable critter in the unknown universe), I'd always try to minimize casualties in a boss fight.

This resulted in me fighting a lot of bosses by telling all my pikmin to go sit in a corner while I ran out with a single purple or red on my back and just micromanaged the thing to death.

this next pikmin better be amazing...games have just been getting worse over time.

Also a few days ago i found out the Wii could play gamecube games :D so i've been playing pikmin again.
