regardless, the slime shooter will be completed, come hell or high water, which are both entirely plausible setbacks at this point.

Rhapsody is thematically appropriate  :D

If a little hyperactive.

Also the above video is terrible for most of the beginning but the music (if you're into that sort of thing) makes up for it.

Seriously? Find him, kill him. This goes beyond flamewar.

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.
Unfortunately dying involves the amputation of the entire body from the dwarf.

It was a youtube comment. I'm convinced that youtube comments are generated by the site itself, in order to provoke as much !!RAEG!! as possible from the people who view 'em.

Well, apparently by 2030ish google will actually be self aware. It won't have any desires, so being self aware isn't much good to it, but it will be nontheless. This isn't just a crackpot theory, a load of lead AI geeks are putting their heads into this and coming to the same conclusion.

How the hell does Google become self aware if it isn't a artificial intelligence program?

You have to program it to be self aware, it can't BECOME self aware. Programs follow their programs, so you have to program it to become smarter. You can program it to become more efficient or effective, but that means it won't become self aware unless you program it to.

Blah.

Post more music.

Aaaaaand cue Skynet.

More music? Gladly!

For further adventures at sea.
Yes, I realize it's from another game, but... appropriate!

Worker, then your knowledge of computing is sadly mistaken. Google has all the data of an entire world at its fingertips. It has been programmed to search for data, and google are adding in functionality that will pull up things that are similar to other things you've searched for. Google will be able to find and extrapolate from information, and apparently somewhere along the line the people with large brains are saying that it's going to develop self awareness.
