You arrive at the village. A big stone tower is the first thing that you see. Its very menacing. You manage to notice that somebody is there holding something long. Probably to observe the coast.

When you walk toward what seems to be some kind of a market place you are welcomed by various people. They seem happy to see you. You notice some small shops, a blacksmith and a small shrine.

I ask the nearest person if there is a bar, inn, or tavern in the village.

You approach a fat, old and bald man.

Yes, there is an inn. right around the corner.

He then explains the exact location of it.

"Thank you, sir."

I go to the inn, purchase a reasonably priced ale, and ask the bartender to tell me about the bandits and where they can be found.

You all enter the inn.
Inside there are four tables. All empty!
Behind the counter ther is an old bearded man.
What can I do fer ya? He says as you approach.
Just as Nirur tries to ask for something to drink. Org interrupts him speaking an interesting speech
(Charisma roll)

Brave citizen of Jhess! We are the heroes who will help in need. Paladins in shining armor that will get rid of all your problems. But before we do that, we would like something to drink. You know what I'm saying?

Of course. Right away. We already know what you did. Here, take this. No need to pay me.

He then pulls out from under the counter a bottle of wine. Which you inspect. It appears to be a normal wine with addition of apples. Seems like its something a poor drunkard would buy.
Its good to know that there are also greedy people on Bant.

Nirur is shocked by all this. Then thinks: Pfff. I could do this WAY better than you. Maybe even squeaze a bottle of best wine they have, or two.

This is a small, poor village. I didn't actually do anything yet, so I can't just take their best drinks.

I buy a mug of his good ale and drink it while I ask about bandits.

((Owned.))

I thank him for his kindness. Then take a glass of it.

((Org, you just diplomatically took something from a poor villager, without actually helping him. Shame on you.))

I drink my fine ale, and prepare to set off to the western bandits when my companions are ready.

You all travel west.
After an hour walk, you lay your eyes on the sea. You all stand on the cliff of course. You have no idea how to descent down there. At least for now.

I have a rope.  We could try climbing down, if it's less than 50 feet to the cave.
We could also probably go back to town and hire a boatman to get us to the cave from the sea.

I look at him dubiously. "I don't like climbing ropes, but I guess it's our best option. You first."

Cthulhu starts climbing down...
(climbing check)
He succeds!

Nirur stats climbing down...
(climbing check)
He succeds, but there was a moment where he was about to fall.

Org starts climbing down
(climbing check...failed!)
He slips and falls down onto the damp sand!
suffering 2 points of damage!

You help Org stand up.

Then you look at the entrance of the cave. It is big. Really big. Suddenly two aven bandits fly out of the tunnel. Aven are a race of bird humanoids. They each hold a short spear.

Combat!
ini = Cthulhu 4, Nirur 15, Org 15 Aven bandits 14

Now Org, and Nirur move, then Bandits, then Cthulhu

(I will allow myself to AI you if you won't reply for too long)
