The Mayor leaned back in his chair as he flipped through a report that had been placed on his table by the Chief of Security.
"They've gotten bolder over the last week, 2 raids and an ambush in just 4 days."
The Mayor sighed, looking a a snapshot of what was believed the rebal leader. He quickly scanned the page.
Kevin Hursly, believed to be the leader of a anarchistic gang calling themselfs 'The Metal-Heads Ressistans Force' aka 'TMRF'.
There current numbers and wereabouts are not know but it is thought that they are poorly armed and equiped force...

The Mayor asked,
"Do they have any motives?"
The Cheif replied
"Well we think they're a band of oppertunists, trying to make it big out of the current chaose"
"Do we know anything else?"
"Yes, sir. They rely hevaly on hit and run tactics, stricking a target and then melting away to not be heard from for a while before they strike again. We haven't been able to find there base of operations, leading use to think they have none, forming splinter factions around the city. This lets them strike almost anywere but orders do take a long time to filter down from their command"
The Mayor ran a hand down his face.
"Thats all I need, another bunch of punks running around in my city"
