I didn't notice I already had some flint and steel. I'll give Reece the second one, he can use it to light his lantern.

I search the nearby bins, while listening to my companion babble about some fool creature he calls a "grue".
But it would be much funnier if he did :(

My character didn't actually say that.

Actions
Best not to waste my blessings!

First, as before
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

A couple maintenance issues...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Then leave and secure my base and range out looking for healing plant/plants similar to what I had when I arrived. The kind that can be ground up and packed into my bandages to help healing. Of course, put off milling until I can return to the quarry.

Of course, be on the lookout for wolves, at least much as I can with the fog or whatnot.

Kel, I'll put you on the list. Keep in mind that starting gear and starting skills I roll for. If you get good rolls I can accomodate you on some of it, but otherwise, what you get is what you get. Welcome though.

Those are just the skills and equipment I would like him to have. If he ends up with a toothpick and master levels in origami, well, I will just have to make due.

I pick up and don the armor, and arm myself with the long sword, unless Dragnar has anything to say about that. Also, I'd like to look around for anything interesting.

And finally, got some good stuff to make up for my lousy equipment rolls!

Welcome to the game Kel, in a way! It might be a while till enough corpses pile up for you to play though.  ;)

Actions
Nice! Continue to scour the area for plants, using my entire turn, and be on the lookout for danger.

Make sure to only pick mature plants, and leave the younger ones to grow, even if it means I get less, I'll have more in the long run.
Sustainable herbalism ftw!

Edit: Whoops, you my forgot healing roll. It's easy to forget, I know!

Those short swords should make good torches.

I will keep looking around, there has to be a storage room for more useful items somewhere!

Careful there, depending on how those swords are conditioned, they might be more of a torch than you bargained for. More of a !!torch!!.
Also, welcome Kel!

Might as well head back toward the skull depot and press on, tap dancing over the corpses of course.

((just a question, I should get a plus one bonus for active observation, which was what I was doing right?))

I open the hatch, just a little, to try and see whats going on, without alerting anything to my presence.

Open one of the hatches and hit my sword against the cover a few times. With any luck, I should be able to draw any nearby monsters to this easily defended choke point.
