At first, I'd probably respond defensively, but eventually realize that, hey, this guy may of saved my life. Besides, I ain't got any food or water and I can't walk. Mention the stream I was at earlier. I'd also mention the dead rats up ahead, although they have been dead for awhile now. Thank my newfound buddy, although keep in mind my guy is neither eloquent nor particularly nice. Anyways, even though the bleeding stopped, it didn't heal all that much overnight. I suppose I could try my hand at learning healing magic too, although I'm worried about the consequences of failure and the fact I'm literally starving.

I guess I could probably stick with mundane healing for now, although there's not much left to do in that regard. I suppose I should probably meditate, it can't hurt, right?

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

Name: Creeper
Start Area: South

Sneakily, check the herbs around me to find something useful.

Looks like Cius gets the cookie bread loaf and I'm heading towards that stream. I may as well look for a stick or piece of wood large enough to be used as a splint or walking stick, too.

Also! Before I leave the safety of the Dais area, I make sure that dang high-flying bird isn't looking for prey. If it is, I'm waiting a little until I am out of its viewing range, then quickly heading out.

Yes, I suspect we haven't seen the last of that bird...
I'm guessing it will either kill all of us, or someone will end up saddling it and riding it out of here.

I'm thinking both.

Ouch. Doing okay to dead in a single turn. Ouch.

Too bad you couldn't post that last time where you could of found shelter for the night. It was the only thing that couldn't have missed, really...

You did kick a zombie bear in the face, though. Epic!

(Heh. Well, I don't know that I'd consider a broken and mangled arm and being entirely weaponless in the middle of a Terrifying/Wilderness area as okay, but I understand your points. Night turns are like normal turns on overdrive. You don't prepare and bad stuff can happen. You  do prepare and bad stuff can happen too, but you might be more likely to survive. Of course, where you sleep plays a huge role in this. Wild beasts and most undead can't open doors or cross rope bridges. Acile did roll terribly for the random encounter too, which didn't help. Had he made it into the tree he'd likely have survived.

Anyways, I'll have Day 3, Turn 1 up and running here a little later.)

Looking at the scores, apparently I got 25 points for kicking the bear. Awesome. Can I make a new person to get on the waiting list? If so I'll make one a while later.

Also, hell yes for going down fighting!

Hey Paul, i'm thinking of making some Gnomeblight from the Kobold Bulb I collected, but...no one knows what Gnomeblight does!

I'll leave it up to you, but what effect do you want to give it? Like bad smell, eye irritation, blood thinner etc? I suggest you Pick 6 to 12 possibilities and let the dice fly lol

At the worst, i could probably sell it as a trade good when I get back home lol

EDIT: Also, how would I go about making my rat into a nice pair of leather moccasins?

Skin, Clean, soak, submerge, dry?

Taking roughly a day or 2 of game time?

Well, that was the best timing for a turn of bad rolls, really.
It seems my character has better memory than myself. I don't recall those lakes at all!

Anyway, the turn:

Now that I'm at a lake with solid ground, I take off my cloak and dip a corner into the water and proceed to handwash some of this dirt off. Kinda embarrassing that this happened, but oh well. After taking my time to do that, I go plant hunting. Let's look for some vegitables/ground plants this time. Carrots, potatoes, onions and the like.

Spending the hour food gathering, pretty much.
