Seriously though, someone needs to tally up all the genocide threads. We've had elves, babies, unicorns, elephants, carp, mermaids, goblins, etc.

Don't forget that the mermaid one was about how to capture and cage mermaids and force them to breed so you could air-drown their babies by the hundreds and get their valuable bones.

Don't forget that the mermaid one was about how to capture and cage mermaids and force them to breed so you could air-drown their babies by the hundreds and get their valuable bones.

As is asked on the last page, did it work? If so which method works best? I would ask in the tread but I don't know how you guys feel about threadliching, so count that last question as also being about techniques for turning babies back into batter.

Without even checking the thread: I would make a small pool with two sections separated by a door. I'd put a bridge that lifted at the bottom. When I wanted to kill mermaids I'd fiddle with the door till the desired number was in the bridge side, and then make it lift. It would catapultate them out of the water, and kill them.

The point of the thread was to have a large breeding stock of mermaids and a constant supply of mermaid bone, not to kill a random one or two which wander into a pool.

The main problem was how to get the babied out of the chamber to drown them while leaving the mothers alive.

Would it be possible to chain the mothers up and put 1 or 2 males in the center of a circle of females and every once in a while, open up an evaporation chamber that would draw in and air drown the babies while the merpeoples stay chained up?
