Hehe.

I recall reading about one that involved Cthullu Mythos. :)

I almost felt sorry for the smuck who walked into that.

Almost. :)

In the traditional sense of the word?  No, he's been dissolved in magma.

Someone claimed to have something like $3.5,000,000 billion.  Christ, that's more money than there is in circulation in the entire world.

Anyway, they're all total scams.  Even if they happened to be genuine, why the hell would they randomly email you?

Because some hopeless idiot believes in life being better?

The 419er's should send something like this.

Dear Friends,

After years of working hard as a 419 scammer, I have found that I want to pay back the money I have stolen from society. However, I lack the ability to properly launder my money, so I need your help. For every 200 dollars you send me via check or creditcard, I'll send you 300 dollars.

                  Sincerely,
                      Youi Diot

That's a glaring contradiction. If he has it, it's in circulation.

Also, $3,500,000,000,000,000,000,000 is quite a lot. $3.5 sextillion to be exact.

I'm pretty fucking sure there's more than that in circulation ALL OVER THE WORLD.

Zimbabwe dollars.

The poor man can't even afford butter for his bread with that amount of money.

That [Magma] is a bit deep down there, don't you think?
You really aren't thinking like a dwarf.

If you think it is down too far, you move it up until it reaches an acceptable elevation.

Always request a photograph of the scammer with a pancake on their head.

I prefer asking pastors for a picture of their church, amazing how often it turns out to be the vatican.

Actually, there's about 1,200 billion dollars (US) in circulation at the moment (source: http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/H6/Current/).  It just underlines how ridiculous his claim was.

Because a friend gave them your email. This friend must be a porn site.

Since when did it become hard to say 1.2 trillion? Please! Metric system!

But are you SERIOUSLY going to tell me that Obama pumped 600% of all the money in US circulation?

I've never actually received one of these emails.  Heh.

And by "Circulation" I meant money that's actually been printed or minted.  So coins or notes.  Not virtual money.

i don't like all the virtual money flying around...
a day, a ring of the chain will break, and then the whole thing will collapse, and we will have problems for several months, and banks going bankrupt.
