I'm currently working on two projects, one is a tripstep album (more trippy, mellow D&B/dubstep) that I'm titling "The Revenge Of Pluto"

My other project is a psychedelic freak folk band called "The Mudders Milk Revival Project" (props if you catch that reference)

I have like no musical talent, except for randomly singing drinking songs to myself when I play puzzle pirates.

I have some keyboard (both acoustic and electrical) skill. But... I sucks.

Oh, I also can play flute (SAY WHAT?) even though I can't play mol and crest notes

If anyone wants me to lay down a track on something, I can try. Oh, and I can play mandolin, too. Kind of.

I'm a Dabbling Bassist/Apprentice Keyboardist, but my band broke up after about two gigs.  I've also never actually recorded anything (nor do I have any idea how...).

Edit:  I also sing in the shower, but I've never heard myself so I don't know how good I am.

I've spent 6 months searching for a metal band in Hull who need a bassist and are about my own age.
No luck.

I vote we do more covers of old folk songs with dwarfy lyrics.

I reckon dwarfy sounds need a sort of bluesy growl.

I've been interested in composing music for some time,but I still need to aquire some good software.

As for sharing my music,I would if it wasn't for my only example being wiped from the internet.

I'm no good at music writing, but I'm a reasonably accomplished Saxaphonist. I do Jazz, Funk, and Classical, though I had a very brief stint with a rock group (I don't think it meshed very well though).

I do, however, have a lot of musical equipment, including freeware software. I sometimes dabble with MIDI, generally for Videogame Projects, and have a great tool for turning crappy-sounding MIDI into real orchestral-sounding MP3s, which also happens to be Freeware!

SynthFont
(A few free Sound Fonts for use in the program can be found Here, and Here.)

Basically the program loads a MIDI file, and outputs separate channels to a set of pre-recorded or pre-synthesized instrument sounds called a Sound Font, which allows you to make the tunes sound more awesome!

Oh, thats sounds nice. Did you have some free good orchestra sounding sound fonts? I use sound fonts alot with my keyboard. =)
