*Urist's Dwarf leather Journal of !!DOOM!!*

It would appear at least the new idiots have some respect for the authoritah that I wield with my subtle threats.

P.S. I demand to know what I like and dislike! Give in to my demands or the elf gets it!

Oh fie. I'll post the likes and dislikes once the party commission releases the documents.

EDIT:
Butcher Pete took a yellow wound to his right leg. This sudden proneness to leg wounds prompted me to order some greaves made.
Also, the dwarves hit a mysterious spring just behind the barracks.

EDIT2:
And Mad-Urist is also wounded: Yellow right hand. I don't know what caused it, and I don't care to.

EDIT3:
Do you guys prefer many small updates or one big one? Say, one bigger update every couple of days or?

I check here and there through the day when I work or once in the evening when I don't, so either way works for me.

*Skrymir's journal*

Its getting crowded around here. I think the death priest thought we'd all be dead by now. Pah. We'll show 'em. These nancy recruits will learn to fight or they'll be added to the death roll. Wonder if it ever occurred to that bitch baroness that we're training and army here that don't like her too much...

No clue. You're in top 3 and everything. Maybe you need kill someone while sparring?

I'm content with updates, be them small and often or large and seldom. It's fun to read, I'd say - update when you feel like it in the size that you think fits. I guess I'd like both, some small updates sometimes, and a big one when it suits you.

I heard, for every trader you throw into the magma the prices get cheaper on their trades!

Sorry for quiet updates, looks like I won't have much time to play/write until Saturday.
I'll try to get some smaller updates out once per day or so until that time.

Nope.

This time I will be using different italics in my post, better or worse?
[Also, the old style is bloody annoying to type]

Your bios:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Led was lying, still bedridden from that accursed accident. Lying around being generally useless was not his style. Months of idleness were getting to him, and he was getting more irritated by the day. The memory of the training accident kept haunting his mind. If only he had been wearing some kind of a boot. Maybe with some plating. Blackmetal would be good. And spikes for kicking. And a sole with good traction, maybe with leather spikes. Yeah, leather spikes wouldn't slip.

The following night Skal was awakened by sounds coming from the forge. He got up silently and carefully approached. He spotted a trail of blood going across the dining hall towards the forges. He paused at the doorway. It was Led, leaning heavily on one side and working the forge with a desperate fury. His leg was bleeding again.

This settled back to normal after Led had finished the "Giftdaub the Entagled Drill", as he called it.

The kobold spies are hardly even worth mentioning these days.

The living conditions were steadily improving. It turned out that Little-Led was a GENIUS with stone. All the others needed to do was fill out furniture lists and keep him supplied with obsidian and he made furniture fit for KINGS. The older residents took their picks from the furniture and the rest was distributed for common use.

Skal was being swamped with work, as he had so many people working under him these days. Skrymir finally got tired of listening to constant complaints and dug him an office to keep his files in.

While they were expanding it was decided that some of the newer guys who had taken part in the battle against the orcs deserved their own rooms. Skrymir dug them some quarters above the old private rooms.

No-one had dared complain about the quality of the meat ever since Pete had taken over the shop. No-one could, or wanted to, identify it either. At least there was meat at the table.
