Interesting worlds?
« on: July 11, 2009, 08:11:04 pm »

So i've played through fortress mode up to the baroness, hammerer, etc. got around 150 dwarves I think? Anyways, eventually killed my own fortress so I could play with adventurer mode a little bit, but I load up Legends to look at my world's history, and it seems bland, actually, the last 5 worlds i've genned have been bland. so and so kills so and so repeatedly, but it's hard to tell what are long drawn wars and what are skirmishes. a lot of it is hard to determine without in depth scrounging through the legends. Is there a quick way to tell who hates who and what caused what in the world? Or better yet, could I get a world and history seed for an interesting world to play in?

The most interesting world I had had had a large evil mountain range shaped like South America.

Every creature shows no fear, feels no pain, is 100% assertive, and 0% sympathetic :D?

^this.

Haha. I'll have to try history seed 1. Will history seeds follow through on different world seeds? Or does a history require a specific world to work properly?

Not sure.

All I know is that anytime I use history seed 1 it always gives me an "age of the elves" in something like 50 years. 50 years to completely wipe all other races off the face of the earth; no slaves, no prisoners, no wanderers. Just pure genocide.

Note to self: stop gen at year 35 or 40, get legendary, wipe out elves.
