Beyond throwing blood on people, their protest of the Native Canadian ritual hunts did it for me.

Where is PETA when it really matters?   ::)

Look no one wants PETA to become involved in anything.

Frankly I lost respect for them multiple times.

That Thanksgiving game really did it for me (or was it Christmas?). I mean, seriously, 'cooking mama kills animals'?

EDIT: 'Twas Thanksgiving. Take a look if you haven't seen it yet. http://www.peta.org/cooking-mama/index.asp?c=pcmgb08

My favorite PETA quote ever has to be "EGGS ARE CHICKEN PERIODS."

It was from one of their kids' sites. It went on to compare eating eggs to eating your sister's dirty tampon out of the trash.

I wish I were making that up.

And just in case anybody actually thinks chicken eggs and menstruation are in any way related or analogous, you need more complexity in your analysis.

That's kind of disturbing considering the fact that's on a kids version of their sites.  Also that cooking mama game was fun.

In fact, commercial eggs are sterilized embryos that have no chance of developing into chickens if I'm remembering correctly.

Eggs aren't embryos.

Chicken eggs you get in a store aren't even fertilized. There were never embryos in them to begin with.

Ah, sorry. It's late and I'm not thinking well. I should have checked my wording and facts. Either way, no baby chicks (I remember this disappointing me when I was younger :D I tried to incubate my very own chicken and uhhh . . . ).

My girlfriend's sister played a trick on their foster sister once. They gave her an egg out of the fridge, said it was a bird egg outside, and that she'd have to incubate it by sitting on it.

She sat on it and broke the egg and got REALLY WORRIED.

Ha, I found a bird egg outside just the other day when I was mowing the lawn. I gave gently cracked it open and found found a half-developed bird embryo thing. It was kinda sad.

More specifically a Unfertilized egg is more like a Chicken Ovum wrapped in a shell.

Are you intentionally doing this? I mean:

And just in case anybody actually thinks chicken eggs and menstruation are in any way related or analogous, you need more complexity in your analysis.

I already warned you and everything. :(((

Well it isn't exactly Menstration anyhow since everything in that egg is nutriance for the chick while everything in menstration... well... isn't.

Right. They're completely different processes containing completely different substances occurring for completely different reasons.
