Aha!  I knew I'd heard of Java messing with the system clock before.

Read responses 2 and 3 in this link for a potential fix.

Yeah, figures it'd be the Minecraft server.  Weirdly, it's not messing up now, at least for the last day or so.  Maybe it has to do with other people being logged onto the server or something?

Not a joke, but my Computer Science lab used a mix of desktops and servers from pc, linux to mac.

The mac server on which our code was compiled decided that it would handle time input a little different then linux.

Result: "Warning: This code has been modified 0.5 second in the future."

You should downgrade your computer, it seems to be running so fast that its traveling through time.
