Thanks, Org.

For anyone who needs a memory refresher for 3.5 rules, they're open source now: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/article/srd35

Edit - Please post rolls before we post our descriptions. I'm not naming a guy "Ulrg the Strong" only to find he has 3 str yet 18 int.

I wonder what classes will be taken...

Probably a tank, dps, healer and support class.

Do you not get to pick what rolls go where? Or have I been playing wrong forever?

Depends how hardcore you want to make your rolls.  You can pick which stat gets which result, or you can do it the veteran D&D way of assigning your rolls to each stat as you roll them (so Str, then Dex, then Con etc).  Or you can do it the really hardcore D&D way and roll 3d6 instead of 4d6 - the lowest die.

There's no wrong way to do it, since you're GMing.

Really hardcore way might be fun though, yea?

One day, we shall all look back on this, and laugh. Sorry about the face, by the way, and the legs, and the eyes, and the arms. In fact, sorry 'bout the whole body.

I've tried typing up an argument for hard mode four times now, but it just always seems weak, so I'll try one more time: It'll be fun if we have a team of three weak people and an overly strong person. It's not like these characters will live long anyway.

...

Okay, fine. I'll admit it. I want the dice to help me choose my class.

SO should I roll for you two? Or do you want me to wait for those two?
