This is going to be hard enough as is, so I'll drop my usual defensive bonus to get back up to normal attack power and try to bludgeon the goblin with the shaft of my spear (subdual damage).

Also, the bard's plan is as much a mystery to us as characters as it is to you, the DM.  Which really speaks of the level of trust in this game, actually (not surprising given at least one of us is openly Neutral Evil and the other doesn't have that much of a problem with getting some handy slaves).

"Ya want me to tie him up and we'll get out of here after we loot them, or what?"

I'll separate my grappling hook from my rope, then tie up the goblin, taking 10 on the binding (DC 16 to escape from, I believe.)

((Edit - Added the all important phrase. It is very important to loot.))

Actually, make that DC 18. 10 from binding, 6 from rope skill, and 2 from escape artist.

"Pity, I never find the ones that are good at gambling. How about if I'll take the gold, one of you gets the silver, and the other gets this valuable potion? We can bury the rest outside."

I tend to never drink mysterious might-be-healing potions when a week of bedrest has the same effect. Besides, the bard needs time to work with our new prisoner.

just to mention it, when tieing someone the escape artist check is the use rope check +10, as it is easier to tie someone up then to get out of it. (escape artist is a check however where one can "take 20" as long as one has enough time)

its also Padded armor, and you should keep in mind that that would all be small sized equipment, as goblins are small sized. the weapons do less damage and it all weigh Halve regular

just thought i should be a nerd apparently.... i play this game too much

"If the sounds of battle didn't immediately draw more guards, we probably have at least a few minutes. If we dispose of the bodies outside ... Hey, Jakkara, you can magic away the blood, right? Guards desert all the time, surely we'll be able to come back later if whatever goblin's in charge thinks these three were deserters."

I'll hide and peek around the corners to the north and south. There could be unpaid laborers!

Jack picks up his longspear and sheathes the other, then quietly mugs the goblins for their silver.  He skulks to the right hand corner (south) and peers out from hiding.

"I think we can forget getting through here unnoticed.  Let's move quickly, and kill anyone who might serve as a witness.  The deeper we get before the alarm bells go, the better."

"well human, i can temporarily hide the Goblinoid's blood for around an hour, would this be neccesary?"

(how dirty is the corridor? do we really need to hide the blood? its not like goblins are a very hygenic race...)

"shall we proceed further into the complex, or move outside to interrogate the prisoner? or shall we simply stay at this position?"

gags goblin for the moment.
