Sure. You missed saves, and forgot to add Constitution Bonus to HP. Also I am kinda sure humans move less. Maybe I am wrong.
Yay, thanks. SRD says humans move at a speed of 30, and I wasn't sure if you had added my con bonus or not. I'll reformat and tweak my character sheet so it looks like Iituem's.

Flat-footed seems to affect every character before their first action in a combat, removing AC based on active defense, such as dodging or dexterity.

Humans move 30ft unless encumbered (as Jack is), in which case they move 20ft.  Also, I think those are his final skill levels (as Jack's are in brackets) after mods are applied.  Nirur, can you put the skill ranks in as well to clarify?

Touch AC is the armour class to touch someone regardless of armour.  It is base AC + Dex Mod.

Flat-footed is the armour class to touch someone when they are unable to react defensively (e.g. if unaware or bound, helpless, asleep etc).  It is base AC + Armour (minus Dex Mod if negative).

You didn't.  I made a tentative equipment list there.  If my equipment value is less than 180gp I'll amend accordingly.

I think I'm probably way too late to join, but I'm making sure. Am I? I just signed up, so I'm a noob to the site, but I've been looking for a dungeons and dragons forum for a while.

[plug] I think so, but you could always ask around for a DM looking to do a campaign.  Get two other players and contact me about running one on the forum of a certain other site and I can set one up.  [/plug]

Or one here, if 'tis more convenient.
