GOASTS is more or less the newb corp, so make of that what you will.
Question to the more experienced players: As a Corps shopkeeper, does that give me any commands or things of interest other than fancy acid green text when corpchatting?

depends on the corp.  type corp listperm and if it allows you, that shows what everyone can and can't do.  Best way is to just ask your CEO though.

Does your corp have a store in the mall? I'm pretty sure you can add stuff to it if you're a shopkeeper.

Anyone know where I can find a list of the NPC trainers? I don't mind paying the money, and I'm trying to lay low as long as possible. The HellWiki isn't much help in this regard.

On another note: How does one use the industrial reprocessor in Dope Jack's place? Nothing I've tried on it so far has been able to fit in the machine. But I mostly have scrap either way.
