Considering, previously, it was on the other side of an ACID LAKE in the middle of necropolis, its still easier to reach. Scuba is cheap, smashing is easy, and scav is fast to grind.

Without aqualungs or whatever, the ability to easily smash things, and good scav.

It's now a lot better from what I've heard, the resists are worthwhile and such.
