Atleast it wasn't Grind Naughty-Naughty.

I'm in the same corp as Sappho and Keiseth now, it would appear.

I recall the file saying that extensive scripting would make the game more about who can script and program the best, which "isn't what it is really about".

But this is fine if we're attentive? Because I'd love to write something for the fun of doing it, even if I'm paying attention the entire time.

I'm not sure why grinding happens so much, at lower levels. It's boring, and there are easier ways to do it. You could probably hunt zombies to get free XP, and use that XP to learn repair from a corp mate, which gives them XP. And you'd be a lot richer out of it, too. Maybe this becomes less awesome at higher raw levels.

I'm a horrible person that is seriously considering joining as a fist fighter.

God I feel dirty. I'll probably be Rick Void in-game, haven't started yet.

Fist weapons are, from what I can see, really effective. Blades are powerful (from what I gather) and so are guns, but they both rely on Cool, and a ton of mutations sap your Cool. Fists are, what, Brawn + Reflexes? Most mutations that sap cool increase brawn anyway.

Okay, so what do I do to join this? I heard something about downloading... MUSHclient?

Never played a MUD before. A true noob is me today.

Edit: and fists are brawn, endurance, and reflexes.

After debating for a few days whether or not I wanted to play such a vile and despicable game, I decided to give in and try it out.

One of the first things I did was earn the autoerotic fetish.

I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Anyways, I'll be JimGroovester in game, so maybe I'll see some of you, and reading about the stories in here, I hope it stays that way.

everyone has that fetish, you need to get it to be able to see what you are wearing.

Or rather, you're always going to get points in it when you look at yourself. Otherwise, you can just type 'i' to see what you're wearing. Looking at yourself is usually just so you can check and see if you're covered in crap and need a shower.

You probably want a few points in it anyway, because unless you're a rapist or planning to whore yourself out, wanking is likely your primary method of sex.

B12ers can always count on using Sofia for their lower body needs.

Well, that was... interesting.

Got a bit of a show in the Giggling Schoolgirl. Some chick just... played cards with herself. Then left.

And I dunno about using "Sofia"... it's still Sniper Joe to me.  :(

Anyway, I'm Rick_Void in-game. Let's go kill something with extreme prejudice.  ;D

It's funnier because some of the people playing this (including me) are under 18 and she is well aware of this. Or if she wasn't, surprise!

...As intriguing as this sounds, I'll think I'll learn to play MUD's in a less disturbing environment. We'll see. Temptation may win out yet and bring me down to the depths of depravity with you guys. ;D
